What is the $10,000 Investor Rebate Offer?

Upon successfully closing a referred business deal through HtAG Analytics, the home buyer named on the sales contract becomes eligible for a $10,000 rebate. This reward mechanism benefits investors while simultaneously enhancing the value of services offered by affiliated buyer’s agents (if any).

I’m a DIY investor. Am I eligible to complete the form?

Yes, investors are welcome to fill out the form. It’s helpful to note though that some listings on our platform require professional representation. If the listing you choose requires such a service, we will connect you with a buyer’s agent who has an active membership with us.

I am a Buyers Agent, am I eligible to get the rebate?

Anyone to whom we refer business and subsequently purchases a property or facilitates the purchase, is eligible to receive a rebate. Unlike the fixed $10,000 rebate for Home Buyers, the Buyers Agent rebate amount is determined on a case-by-case basis, calculated as a proportion of the final sale amount. Who should I report to once a property deal has been successfully completed?

Once a deal is completed, please contact HtAG Analytics by emailing the comprehensive deal details to kick off the rebate process. Timely reporting is crucial in facilitating payout processes. Please allow up to 10 business days after submitting the rebate claim for it to be processed.

Who carries out due diligence on the property’s condition & related aspects?

The responsibility for property-specific due diligence rests with potential buyers or their representatives. This includes but is not limited to specific inquiries into the propertyโ€™s conditions, build quality, its legality, and financial viability. HtAG Analytics does not bear any liability for issues found during property due diligence.

How often are the property listings on HtAG Analytics updated?

The listed stock is updated once a week.

Can I make multiple submissions on the ‘Expression Of Interest’ form for various properties?

Yes. If you’re interested in more than 1 property, please submit separate EOI form per property.
