  1. In the future 10 years, what the focast of the house price? Is it a good timing to invest here at the early of 2023? With the potential Global geographic and economical crisis, I feel the Gold mining might go up in the near future. What about after the extention of industry till 2035, will it be going on or just close up?

    • Good question, for which unfortunately there is no definitive answer. No one can predict the exact timeline(s) for crises and the impact they will have on commodity / property prices.

      What we can see though, is that the RCS (Relative Composite Score) Risk and Capital Growth rating of this market places it at the tail end of other markets in the $300K-400K range.
